This is a private hour long session with a professional guide and coach. During this session topics may include: initial climbing assessment, developing training plans, mental training, skill development, movement practice, and trip planning.

Outdoor Climbing Guided Tour and Coaching
(Weekends 8am-12pm)
This is a custom guided and coached outdoor climbing experience that is tailored to the individual needs of each client. A consultation can be a great way to develop the perfect tour or coaching session. Call for more information.
